My coaching experience with Heather was a self discovery journey and achieving goals with her help and support. Coaching for me is like shedding light on the big picture or sometimes on the details so you can see it more clearly.

Heather is an excellent coach, she challenged me by asking the right questions to narrow down and get to the point of the matter, and then guided me by figuring out a plan of action to get there.

As a coach she’s instinctive, professional, empathetic and a good listener.  Always a pleasure working with Heather.
